How can we help you?
How can I see how well my child is doing?
Easy! Go to the ‘My Reports’ section on your child’s dashboard. There,
you’ll find a detailed report on how much of the lesson they’ve finished and how well they’re doing.
What if my child has questions?
No worries! Every student gets their own mentor. Your child can ask questions via WhatsApp or email,
and our awesome mentors will help out
Can we download the videos?
Nope, sorry, can’t do that.
Can we get books and study stuff delivered outside India?
Nope, we only send books and study stuff to places in India.
What if we change our minds?
You’ve got a 7-day window from the day you buy the course to ask for a refund. But, remember,
it only works if you haven’t started the course or watched more than 5% of the videos.
How long can we use the course we bought?
Each course is good for one year. If you got two classes, you’ve got two years. Plus,
if you get another course next year, it automatically adds another year to the clock. Cool, right?
